Becoming a freelancer is almost everyone’s vision especially during this pandemic. As a freelancer you will be able to find satisfaction of working in the comfort of your own home. I do not have to leave my daughter to work, does not need to wake up early, avoid queuing up on the bus stations and I do not have to endure the daily traffic jams. Plus, the risks of the possibility to be infected with COVID virus in public and PUV’s is very high. Safety of not just myself but my family is at risk. Aside from this, the freedom and the income are way better than of the current compensation rate in the Country.

Hesitations in Transitioning into a Freelancer

I just have a hard time deciding whether to enter the freelancing world or not. First of all, I have no experience with any online job. Secondly, I do not know where to start and when I should start, how to create a freelancing profile according to my new job description. Lastly, I am not sure what niche or tasks I can perform, what specific services can I offer. These are just a few of the many questions and hesitations I considered before I finally made a decision

Preparations Before I Finally Decided

I did some research but all the answers I get on the internet are very broad. What I am looking for is a detailed step by step explanation. I want to be fully equipped before entering into a new career. Until one day I bumped into a certain Facebook ad from FVA Business Consultancy. FVA is offering different freelancing courses which is exactly what I am looking for. I reviewed their courses, tried to inquire and after a few conversations I decided to enroll. As a beginner, they even guided me what course should I take first. Finally, I knew this is what I really need.

How does FVA Trained Me as a New Freelancer

FVA Business Consultancy’s coaching materials are very detailed and specific, even from the very basic setup. What I like about them is that you don’t just watch the training, you can apply what you have learned because at the end of each lesson you will create a portfolio according to the subject and the things that you learned from that certain session. You do not need to be an expert to perform a specific task, in fact I have created my freelancing website without any past knowledge about it. They also have a live coaching session where you can have a personal conversation with your coach and your team mates. After completion, aside from the Certification they also offer a free apprenticeship where you can practice and enhance your skill.

If you are planning to start a freelancing career and you want to learn, you have to invest for a freelancing course. FVA is the right place for you.
